    Jasper Lewitton
    General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Pantera Capital
    As a Managing Partner at Pantera, Jasper drives and oversees the strategic vision, direction, and operational management of the firm. He brings over twenty years of leadership experience across Global Investment Management firms. For close to a decade, he served as Business Unit Head and Senior Leader at Bridgewater Associates, where he oversaw management and transformation across the Investment, Client, and Operational areas of the firm. Prior to Bridgewater, Jasper held a number of senior strategy and operating roles, including Global Head of Strategy at UBS, Head of Alternative Investment Strategy at Citigroup, and COO of Citigroup’s Real Estate private equity business. He began his career at The Boston Consulting Group and has worked extensively in the US, Europe, and Asia. Jasper holds a LLM from the University of Cambridge and Finance, Economics, and Law degrees from Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa where he grew up.

    As General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of Pantera, Katrina oversees the legal, regulatory and compliance functions of the firm. Katrina brings complementary experiences across asset management and crypto roles. She was most recently with Coinbase where she was Director & Associate General Counsel responsible for the team supporting the digital asset and exchange Product teams. She was previously GC & CCO of Capstone Investment Advisors and, prior to that, General Counsel, Corporate and Governance, and Corporate Secretary at Och-Ziff Capital Management. She began her career at Venable LLP, was later Compliance Manager at American Express, and Legal and Compliance Counsel at M.D. Sass. Katrina also sits on the advisory committee of Invest In Girls. Katrina holds a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and a JD with a Certificate in Business Law from Brooklyn Law School.

    Jeff joined Pantera in 2022 as Director of Capital Formation. Jeff has an extensive background in the investment management space as an entrepreneur, investor, and trader. He was a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners and held senior roles at York Capital Management and DLJ. He has broad experience across asset classes, having traded equities, fixed income and derivatives on the sell side and for world-class hedge funds. Jeff created The American Flag Football League. In this endeavor, he established a partnership with the NFL, built a community of over 200,000 social media followers, and produced over 700 games and 30 telecasts on CBS, NFL Networks and other media outlets. Jeff received his B.A. and MBA from Cornell University.

    Chia joined Pantera in 2022 to focus on the firm’s venture and growth investments, with an interest in DeFi, and Web3 infrastructure. Prior to this role, he was a fintech and crypto investor at Saison Capital, a global fintech fund (a top 10 Fintech VC by CBInsights). Chia previously worked at Bessemer Venture Partners, Rocket Internet, Antler, Allen & Overy. Chia graduated with a law degree from the University of Cambridge and an unfinished MBA from Harvard Business School.

    Lauren is a partner Pantera Capital, one of the earliest institutional crypto funds, where she’s used her background in software engineering and finance to make investment decisions for over four years.     Damon Gura
    Co-Founder & CEO, InfiniGods
    Damon is the co-founder and CEO of InfiniGods, a blockchain game studio who raised a Seed Round in 2022 led by Pantera Capital. InfiniGods is pioneering how blockchain technology works within the gaming industry. Damon has spent the last 10 months building a team of 30+ industry veterans focused on developing three (3) Free-to-Play cross platform games embedded with asset interoperability and asset ownership. He is a 25-year gaming industry veteran who is also a named inventor on over 100 gaming patents.

    Prior to his experience of founding InfiniGods, Damon was the founder and CEO of DGN Games, a successful casual/mobile gaming company. He grew DGN Games to be a $30+M top line revenue business which was acquired by Crown Resorts in 2015 and still exists today with offices in US, Australia, Tel Aviv, and Ukraine. Damon holds a Bachelors & Masters Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ohio University and a MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. He currently lives in Lakeway, TX, with his wife and three daughters.

    Chief DeFi Officer S&P Global Ratings
    Chuck Mounts is the Chief DeFi Officer in S&P Global Ratings and leading the newly formed DeFi strategy team. In this role Chuck will help advance S&P Global Ratings’ approach and capabilities in the fast-moving decentralized market environment. The team will focus on bringing S&P Global’s robust analytic and risk assessment capabilities forth to support both traditional institutional (TradFi) clients and the growing universe of crypto-native DeFi clients. With 30 years of experience in global financial markets, Chuck has led global businesses comprised of research teams, strategists, and product specialists that integrate market knowledge, product expertise and analytic capabilities across asset classes.

    Chuck began his career as a bank regulator at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and spent the majority of the following two decades as a global credit analyst and a manager of research teams, including stints at Goldman Sachs and UBS, where he was the Global Head of Fixed Income, Currency and Commodity Research for UBS investment bank.

    He has served as the Chairman of the Bond Market Association’s Committee on Research Conflicts and has been recognized by global institutional investors for his understanding and insights in global financial markets. During his career Charles has presented at numerous conferences, has been cited in international publications and has appeared in the media.

    Chuck holds B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and a master’s in public policy from Harvard University.

    Senior Investment Director, Sony Ventures
    Ludovic brings 17 years of experience in venture capital, new business creation and strategic partnerships at Sony. Based in Silicon Valley as a core member of Sony Innovation Fund (SIF) since its inception, Ludovic leads startup scouting, due diligence, venture investment execution as well as portfolio management in many core SIF focus areas such as FinTech, InsurTech, web3, Mobility, Drones, FoodTech, AgTech and Environment.

    Ludovic was previously at Sony’s global headquarters in Tokyo, where he ran strategic assessments, mid & long-term technology perspectives and financial valuations to foster Sony’s Intellectual Property. Before that, he spent several years as Corporate Strategist in London, New York and Paris, spanning the entire spectrum of Sony’s Electronics, Gaming, Content, Financial Services, Telecommunications & B2B activities.

    A French native, Ludovic holds a MSc in Information & Communication Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden, and a MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from the ƒcole Centrale in France.

    Sunayna brings 10+ years of global experience leading change and innovation at the nexus of finance, technology and policy. Prior to the Fed she led digital transformation as a builder, operator and venture investor within the fintech and crypto ecosystem, in North America and Asia. She is a proud alumna of the University of Alberta and Stanford University.

    Roneil Rumburg is co-founder of Audius, a digital streaming service that connects fans directly with artists and exclusive new music. Audius is fully decentralized, owned and run by a vibrant, open-source community of artists, fans, and developers all around the world. Founded in early 2018, Audius serves millions of users every month, making it one of the largest crypto applications ever built. Prior to Audius, Roneil most recently co-founded Kleiner Perkins’ early-stage seed fund, KPCB Edge. At KP, he was responsible for seed investments into Blockchain and AI companies, including Lightning Labs. Roneil attended Stanford University and previously co-founded a Bitcoin peer to peer payment company called Backslash.

    Managing Director, Head of Americas Digital Assets
    Oli is a Managing Director and Head of Americas Digital Assets at Goldman Sachs. In this role, he is responsible for strategy, the firm’s digital asset investments, partnerships, and building new businesses to reimagine and transform financial services.

    Before joining Goldman Sachs, Oli was Head of Crypto Assets Strategy and Quorum at J.P. Morgan. He oversaw strategy and investments for digital assets firmwide and rebooted Quorum into a leading-class blockchain and smart contracts platform for enterprises.

    Earlier in his career at J.P. Morgan, Oli held several other leadership roles, including Head of Strategy for International Consumer and Head of FinTech. In the latter role, he also created InResidence, an incubator to co-create value with startups, universities, and intrapreneurial employees.

    Before J.P. Morgan, he was seconded to the Office of Tony Blair, led the New Energy Architecture Initiative at the World Economic Forum, and was a Strategy Consultant at Accenture.

    Oli is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and was named in Business Insider’s 35 under 35 for FinTech. He serves on the Boards of Anchorage, Blockdaemon, and TRM Labs, and is a founding member of Allen & Overy’s Fuse innovation program.

    The Honorable Caroline D. Pham was sworn in as a CFTC Commissioner on April 14, 2022. Commissioner Pham is a recognized leader in financial services compliance and regulatory strategy and policy. Her substantial experience spans key international issues such as prudential regulation and systemic risk, financial markets, fintech and digital assets, ESG, implementation of global regulatory reforms, and addressing the impact of major disruptions like the 2008 financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. Commissioner Pham is the sponsor of the CFTC’s Global Markets Advisory Committee.

    Previously, Commissioner Pham was a Managing Director at Citigroup where she held various senior roles, including Global Head of Swap Dealer and Volcker Compliance; Deputy Head of Global Regulatory Affairs; Head of Capital Markets Regulatory Strategy and Engagement; and Head of Market Structure for Strategic Initiatives on the Institutional Clients Group Business Development team. She was a member of firmwide governance forums and has held leadership roles in many industry organizations.
